I loved being just a short walk from the Water Wall and the Galleria, both perfect spots for a weekend stroll or some quality park views, making my stay feel relaxing and enjoyable, although I was surprised by the $22 daily charge for parking, which seemed a bit high.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 5-night stay! The King Studio Suite offered plenty of space and a fully equipped kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was delightful and included an omelet bar. Pro tip, Visit nearby restaurants for great dining just steps away from the hotel. Highly recommend!

During our stay, we really loved the spacious executive studio suite we booked. The kids enjoyed watching movies on the 32-inch LCD TV while I appreciated the clean and modern feel of the room. Breakfast was also a highlight, with diverse options to kickstart our day.

My kids wished there were more activities available for families. Adding a small play area would enhance the experience for children.

Also loved the spacious feel with a separate living area and comfy bed for a good night's sleep. The outdoor pool was nice for relaxing. Location's perfect for shopping and dining at the Galleria, just a quick drive away!

The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the best out of the situation when an initial room mix-up occurred. However, the overall cleanliness wasn't up to par, with visible stains on the floors and lingering smoke odors that detracted from the experience.

Cozy room, comfortable bed, I slept great, which is rare when I’m somewhere besides my own house, and the convenient location, close enough to shopping and restaurants yet away from the chaos of the city, made exploring easy.

After moving out of our house for renovations, I chose this Hyatt House because it accepted pets. Check-in took longer than expected since only one person could handle it alone. The breakfast options were decent, but the omelet station was understaffed, leading to long waits. Our room, although clean, needed a refresh. I noticed the shower panels looked a bit rusted. The staff were friendly but stretched thin. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t cleaned one day because the housekeeper claimed they had the wrong room number. This left us feeling frustrated. The parking situation was a surprise too. I didn't expect to have to pay a fee. While the location near the Galleria is great, I left disappointed. Expected a better experience based on Hyatt's reputation.

The One-Bedroom King Suite was super cozy and felt like a home away from home! It had a comfy bed that gave me the best sleep.
